Düsseldorf, 19 – 27 January 2008, was the perfect location.

And not just anywhere, but in pavilion 3, stand C54: and Mares was there in the center of it all with its complete product line. Visitors were captivated by the over 70 new items, and the Mares team of consultants – boasting 15 highly competent experts – worked non-stop during the event. The hands-down favorite among the products on display was the Nemo Air computer with integrated air data readings. Thanks to its elegant presentation (see photo), this new computer stood out, in all its grandeur, for everyone to see. But the new Puck line also caught the eye of visitors.

Other favorites included past crowd-pleasers such as the LiquidSkin mask line, the SheDives line for women, the new regulators (with two new models, Abyss 22 and Abyss 42, leading the pack), as well as our "baggage artists", the bags from the Cruise line.
In 2008 Mares will also break new ground in the areas of freediving and Diving Centers: Christian Redl, the world record-holder, presented the new products in the "Pure Instinct" line dedicated to ambitious divers who enjoy freediving. The likeable Austrian athlete recently joined the Mares team.

From one professional to another: the Mares Diving Center program was designed to be customized to the needs of dive centers and offers a full range of products and services, from durable and handy equipment through to promotional materials.
