Scuba Diving: Husband accused of Killing Wife on Honeymoon while Scuba Diving

Hi,

Check out this article from New Zealand. The husband is accused of killing his wife on their honeymoon. He was a rescue diver and his wife was a novice diver. He said she freaked out and knocked off her goggles. He had no problem suing the travel company for "compensation" of a dive trip that went bad. As a matter of fact, he filed a claim with the company within 5 days after arriving back from the honeymoon.
